Account Creation, User Information & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the royal47 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and payment details. royal47 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
Your account password is your sole responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the royal47 support team immediately through the designated channels.
- Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account closure.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
- Royal47 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user sharing their login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the royal47 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the royal47 platform:
- Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play or place bets.
- Transferring balances between different accounts without official approval.
- Abuse of promotions or bonuses with the intent to exploit them for dishonest gain.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access restricted platform areas or disrupting server operations.
Violating any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the royal47 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and QR transfers. Available methods may vary from time to time.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within a reasonable timeframe depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed once identity verification (if required) is complete. royal47 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set in accordance with the current policy, which can be reviewed within your account.
- Transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Royal47 does not cover any additional charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
- Account balances that remain inactive for a specified period may be subject to administrative charges in accordance with the current policy.
For any transaction-related disputes, users must submit a complaint within 30 days from the date the transaction in question occurred.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Royal47 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Any service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute grounds for any compensation claim.
All content on the royal47 platform — including interface design, logos, brand names, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of royal47 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
Royal47 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or threats to platform security. In cases of closure due to fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Third-Party Links & Services
Where the royal47 platform contains links or references to third-party services, royal47 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users access such links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Royal47 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the latest version of the Terms & Conditions.
